“Bought this Halo Capsule when my Miele broke beyond repair. It’s fabulous! I had a few queries at the beginning and the excellent customer service team answered everything clearly for me. It’s a great cleaner. The battery lasts long enough for me to do my whole house on the middle setting. I also love the fact that it has a bag, unlike most of the other cordless vacuums that you have to shake out onto a bin. The only possible improvement might be either an adjustable length tube or the option to buy a short tube. But that’s definitely not a deal breaker. If you’re looking for an efficient, easy, great value cleaner, get the Halo Capsule.”

“I am disappointed with the performance of such an expensive product. I find it top heavy and therefore difficult to manoeuvre. The battery life is short when used on boost and that is the only setting giving the suction I expected.”

“Very pleased with this vacuum cleaner, it performs really well and is light and easy to manoeuvre. The wall mount means it tucks away neatly whilst charging and storing. Would definitely recommend.”
