“Cleans quite well but heavy in the hand as all weight is at the top of the handle. Buttons for changing tools very stiff - I had to get someone to work them for me (I am elderly and have arthritic hands). Disappointing as it does not make housework any easier as I had hoped.”

“Powerful, so much so that it lifts the rugs on full power, I personally have to keep it on the mid to a low settings. great build quality and the new version floor head has easy access to remove the roller which I saw on previous reviews was a suggestion, with that in mind my only niggle would be that it the Halo will not stand safely upright on its own if you have to move furniture or what not. That said it is light and the battery lasts giving me time to vacuum the whole of my house (5 rooms and stairs) with power to spare. I looked at all the main vacuum reviews on YouTube before making a decision and I am so happy with my choice.”

“I am very pleased with the Capsule Vacuum cleaners performance. In use it's balance is different from the usual vacuum cleaner but you soon get used to that. It does a great job, we have a dog and the cleaner picks up her hairs easily. It also seems to have improved the feel of the carpet! A suggestion:- the accessory clip which fits to the main shaft would be even better if it could accommodate both accessories”
