Just find, give it a charge otherwise it goes to red on both charge light & bag indicators. Certainly hoovering made so much easier, no cable to get tangled up in, can use it at any time, so good.”

“Excellent machine, easier to use than my cylinder corded vacuum. Takes less time to clean our 4-bedroom house. Only drawback was being unable to withdraw the rotary brush for cleaning as the slot for opening would not work. The cap was jammed in. Fortunately I received a replacement brush head a couple of weeks later so all ok now. Thanks Halo.”

“I already own a Miele upright vacuum cleaner and was looking for a replacement for my every-day battery powered sweeper for tiles, as the current one has lost it's suction. I spent a lot of time researching different brands available and reading reviews. One of the reasons for buying Halo was because I understood it was a British company, so was disappointed to find it was manufactured in China. With the excellent reviews from Which and Good Housekeeping, I think my expectations were too high. The balance is not quite right, handle is uncomfortable even after a short time of use and rubs the knuckle of my right forefinger. Due to arthritis in my thumbs, I find detaching the unit for use on stairs etc. very difficult. When lowering the Capsule from vertical, there is a loud clicking sound and again on return. I am unsure whether this is as intended. The Eco, Performance, Boost buttons are tricky to use. However, in it's favour, it does have great suction and the choice of different modes for various surfaces i.e. carpets, tiles, is an added bonus.”
