“My Capsule was delivered on time and was easy to set up ready for use. It is lightweight and extremely maneuverable and the head unit is narrow enough to get into corners and around chair legs. I particularly like the replaceable bag system. I previously had another famous brand vacuum cleaner, which was great at collecting the dirt but a complete nightmare to empty the container into a bin, creating dust and overspill. So far, so good, and the battery lasts long enough on the mid power to complete the whole house - providing I work quickly. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase.”

“Delighted with product. Biggest improvement from other machines is the amount the bag will hold. We have two labradors and live on Exmoor, so we challenge any vacuum. We usually have to empty and clean filters every session. Thank you for the research that must have been done to prepare this excellent product.”

“This is my first encounter with a cordless vacuum cleaner so I cannot compare to any others. I am impressed; it is light, quiet, easy to use, effective both on carpets and bare floors. I seldom need to use full power and on the middle power setting I can vaccum our two storey, 4 bedroom house and the stairs on one charge. It stows away neatly on a wall bracket which I have been able to mount above a power point, so it recharges while stowed.. Much lighter and more convenient than previous corded vacuums that I have had over the years. I find the extension tube a bit stiff to take off but maybe it will free up with further use. Of the extra tools in the bundle, I found the light dusting brush effective on light shades but have used it only once so far.”
