“The Capsule is a revelation. Light, manoeuvrable, strong suction and decent battery life. Considerably better than a lot of the competition, especially as there is no messing around with the messy emptying procedure like the Dyson. bags also last a very long time before they are full.”

“Very good. Covers most uses. Vacuum with three speeds will tackle most tasks thoroughly. Detachable hand held module is ideal for cleaning furniture or for the car. Only fault is the tight fitting of joints. They are hard to take apart especially if you are older or not very strong. I have used WD40 spray and hope they will loosen with use. The machine charges up quite quickly but if you use the booster power for too long it uses more power and needs recharging more quickly. A clip was missing but after an email it was immediately put in the post. After sales service was extremely good.”

“I have returned the product for a refund. mostly satisfactory but I did not like the fact that you cannot stand the Halo upright during use. I would worry about tripping over it. Leaning it against the wall might leave marks.”

“This is a brilliant product. I saw the review in The Guardian and was impressed because of the service warranty, ability to have the vacuum serviced and the recyclable nature of parts. I hate throwing something away because one irreplaceable part has broken. If I service my car why can't I service my vacuum? That's what sold it to me. The design and feel of the vacuum is solid and servicable. It has really good suction and mobility. The assembly is quick and all I can describe as 'solid'. No need to fiddle with catches that feel as if they are going to break as with other re chargeables I have had. The run time is adequate for me as I use it daily rather than a 'big clean' event. Thankyou!”
