“I was most impressed with the performance of this vacuum cleaner. We have had a Dyson V10 since it was produced, but this machine has better suction due I believe to the motorised head. It raises the carpet pile better although not as good as our conventional Sebo. However I don't think I expected it to! It is nice not having to empty the machine and clear a filter after use [as with the V10] and it is light and very convenient to use. It is also brilliant value for money. An excellent well designed purchase which I would recommend.”

“I’ve only had this a couple of weeks. I am 80 and this is the first vacuum I’ve had where I’ve been able to separate the sections with ease because of arthritis. The suction is great. So are bags, so no mess. One little criticism - the battery does need charging frequently. I cannot clean my one bedroom flat without recharging. But I would highly recommend”

“The suction and edge-cleaning are extremely good, and the narrow head fits into small spaces. The compostable bags are an absolute blessing, as opposed to the total fiddling required to empty my Dyson Animal. (This was the reason for my purchase.) Also good is having all modes accessible via the capsule, as opposed to changing the head. BUT the clip for changing from tube to tool and vice versa is so stiff that I am totally unable to operate it, and have been unable to try out the tools without help from someone else, who also found it almost impossible. I sincerely hope this may loosen over time. When I did manage to use the crevice tool I found the capsule too bulky to fit into small spaces and the balance made it seem heavy. I also found the holding position generally uncomfortable, with the inside of the handle tending to knock against my knuckles. Update: After submitting the above complaint re removal of the tube, I had a speedy reply from Capsule, followed by receipt of a marginally different tube which has made things slightly easier. So if you are having difficulty, don't hesitate to contact them. I have now been able to comment on the upholstery tool.”
