“Am very pleased with this product. As a pensioner I find it very easy to use. It almost makes vacuuming a pleasure!. My only comment it was not very clear to me how the warranty is validated. Delivery was not as originally notified due know doubt to the current situation.”

“Apart from the small amount of carbon fibre in the main body, the unit as a whole appears cheap and tacky. The quality of the utensils is of a poor standard in comparison to other manufacturers. Could benefit from a few more utendil options also. The body shape and handle placement works well for vacuuming the floor but becomes very cumbersome for other uses. Suction is ok, even pretty good on max, but the battery won't last long on this setting. In summary, suitable but could be better. In hindsight I wouldn't buy again.”

“Hi - brought the vacum as always keen to support new British business, think it is a great launch product. I work in the design industry and do think the aesthetic could go a bit further to set it apart from Dyson etc as think that could give you a more individual piece of the sector? From a functionality side, all seems fine so far, my only point (more opinion) would be the possibility of a replaceable battery and remote charging doc similar system to those you get with cordless powertools. Again I think this might give the business a bit more of a longer term individuality, the chance to engage with “ecologocial” and “no/low waste” factors and longer term income from replacement batteries. Cheers”

“Small compact and powerful. My only critique is the handle could be a bit more ergonomic as lifting it can be a little uncomfortable. And possibly a way for it to stand upright when not in use. Apart from that I am very pleased with my purchase”

“Very pleased with my new vacuum. It's light-weight, which makes it so much easier on my back. The brush tool is excellent, I have lots of fluffy cats. Easy to change bag but also good size compared to other light-weight cleaners, so less emptying required. Operation simple and keeps charge sufficiently to clean house top to bottom. Definitely recommend.”

“Unfortunately, I had to return it as the ‘connecting clips’ were too ‘stiff’ for me use, probably because, as an 88yrs old person, my strength is, sadly, diminished.”
