“Generally very pleased with the Capsule, finding the actual run time on a full charge is more like 40 mins than 60, but we do have 2 long haired cats , so hoovering is never a quick run round, the only thing I would suggest is a extra " grab" handle on the body of the capsule, as when using just as a hand held unit for stairs etc only having the handle on top makes it slightly unwieldy, other than that very satisfied.”

“Does everything we were looking for, very powerful and A DUST BAG!! We’re both nearing 80 and find the weight on the ‘end’ of the ‘stick’ a bit more than we would have liked. Suggest you look at the Miele!! Unfortunately the one we tried didn’t work... but it was easier to push around.”

“I’ve only had the vacuum a short time so have yet to formulate an opinion of it’s performance and robust ness. However it is the second unit as the first one delivered was broken. This did concern me as I was worried how it could get broken so easily. I considered accepting the refund rather than replacement but decided to give it a go. So far so good though the buttons do seem a bit flimsy and a wall bracket for storage would have tidied the bundle up. Still on same bag after a week so that seems good and not had to empty it yet which is great after my last one needing emptying twice per use.”
