“It is compact, not too heavy, easy to use and charge relatively quickly. The extra bags that come with the vacuum are a nice touch and make it, overall, affordable. Now the negative (and I could find only one negative) is the main brush and the roll which sits in the middle. it is a very poor design and difficult to use this tool in a deep carpet, especially if you have long hairs. It jammed every 5 minutes and had to be manually removed . Unfortunately i have a dust allergy and this this didn't help. I suggest they re-design it with some mechanism to clear the brush without having to touch it. In sum- it is a perfect vacuum for carpet free interiors .”

“Honest review I’ll give The halo 5 stars for the weight of the hoover But only that. It needs a hose in my opinion. It is not the safest when leaning against the wall. The fact you can’t take the cover off to get to the brushes to clean is definitely a thumbs down but I like the fact it is a bagged hoover so It’s clean and easy to empty.”

“It took a few attempts to get the right suction for different hard floors and then using the carpet suction on rugs but when I did I am really pleased with the results and I have dogs. I find this better than my other vacuum I have and it has a better battery life. Only thing for improvement I would suggest is for a better designed adaptor for cleaning carpets on the stairs. This vacuum is light and easy to use I would really recommend this product and will continue to pick this vacuum first out the two I have for cleaning my house.”

“didnt receive a bundle, only the capsule. not sure why its rated no 1 cordless. the sunction but the brushes do not rotate so really is only as good as a hand held tube attachment on hard floors with slightly larger coverage space.”

The brushes definitely should turn so its possible they weren't set in motion (you can do this by pressing the blue button on the fingertip controls) or there may have been a fault.
