“I ordered this for my 90yo mother because of its lightweight and dust bags. Unfortunately we found the advertising very deceiving as it is top heavy and very unwieldy for an elderly person and difficult to ‘park’. Now I’m left with a vacuum I neither want or like. Would not recommend this. Furthermore, it’s small base only covers a small area at a time and feels quite flimsy. I much prefer the gtech”

“I've had my Halo Capsule for 3 weeks and I love it. I read the reviews beforehand and had concerns over one particular point. The difficulty of putting the tube onto the main body. I'm not finding this an issue at all. I had concerns with regards to using dust bags after using a Dyson for years and having a dog that loses hair daily. Week 3 and I'm still on the same bag. It sucks better than my old Dyson and the charge is long enough to clean my 4 bed bungalow. My only niggle is that when I've stood it up against a wall to charge it's toppled over a couple of times. Although I know you can buy a docking station now. Shame it isn't automatically supplied. Saying that still hasn't put me off giving an excellent score.”

“I really cannot fault it. I am disabled and was more than pleased with it being cordless, easy to move around furniture. It is a pleasure to use rather than a chore. I only wish you also made Garden vacuums ,sure they would be the same standard. Have a think about it , I could do with one that made light work of collecting pine needles.Thank you in anticepation. “Good value for money as a bundle. The bags last quite a long time, surprising in our house! Very happy I bought it as the powerful suction is removing hidden dirt and the house is looking cleaner. Being able to swap between the power bands is helpful. Most of all I like not needing to hold a trigger the whole time, a real pest when you have arthritis. The only thing I struggle a little with is removing the tools from the body but apart from that no problems, highly recommended.”
