“Loving my new vacuum cleaner so far. It’s a bit top heavy but balances quite nicely when being used. No problem so far with sucking up stuff. The capacity of the bag is very misleading since the volume doesn’t give any idea of how much the bag can take. It’s not just 3 x bigger than other handheld cordless models. The dust must be compressed in some way since whereas with my previous one I had to empty half way through some rooms, with the Capsule I’ve not had to do so yet and I’ve vacuumed the whole house (7 decent sized rooms). We have a dog too and so her hair used to block the previous vacuum and stopped it working if it was overfilled but no sign of this problem so far with the Capsule. One wee warning: I managed to cut myself on the clip!”

“Love my new Halo Capsule, super lightweight yet powerful enough to deal with mess my kids create! I personally wanted a handheld cordless with a biodegradable bag, and I am reassured by the fact it has a 2 year warranty AND after that I can get it refreshed for a reasonable fee.”
