“I'd be lost without it. I'm glad I bought it. We have the Dyson hoover and can defo compete with that. Actually prefer to use the halo capsule rather than the Dyson for thick pile carpets and it has really good suction but doesn't drag the carpet or not hurting my back. I can't wait for it to release more products esp for cleaning the car”

“Have never bought a hoover online so was a bit apprehensive as I don’t have a lot of strength in my hand and wasn’t sure if the hoover was as light as the ad stated. When it arrived I was delighted at how light n compact and easy to use it was. I love it”

“I absolutely love my halo! It’s really light weight and packs a punch when hovering carpets after my two dogs! It’s light enough for me to carry up and downstairs so instead of needing 2 hoovers I can just use the 1. I’ve previously had Sharks and Dyson but at the minute this is the best one by far as it’s so light. Also no headlights means the dogs don’t try to bite it which is also a bonus”

“I'm sorry to say I'm disappointed. I have emphysema and was looking for something light and easy to manoeuvre. It's heavier that I thought and It's not easy to manoeuvre. On my vinyl flooring it clamps down and pushes the crumbs along rather than picking them up. To get it to pick up I have to lift the whole thing so that it loses contact with the floor. In addition it's difficult to pull the long tube off when trying to change into the hand held mode. I would return it if I could but presumably as I have used it this would not be acceptable. I do like the fact that it uses bags which is why I have give it two stars.”

Hi Gillian, We are really sorry that Capsule has not yet meet your particular needs. Capsule is very powerful so for vinyl floors you may want to consider using the lowest power Eco setting, this should reduce the sealing to the floor and allow the dirt in. You can also try using Capsule with the brush on or off to see which gives best results. Please never leave the brush running in one spot for too long as it is also very powerful! “It had good suction and felt lightweight and easy to use but sadly it left scratch marks all over our hard floor., the lack of an upholstery attachment was also an issue. I sent it back for a refund. Customer service was good.”

“Great vacuum slightly let down by a couple of design errors. The handle is too small, my knuckles scrape the top of the cylinder, also it would be handy to have an additional knob/handle half way down for when using on stairs or above head. The docking station requires the long tube to be inserted or else its top heavy and the power cable needs to be unplugged every time. Small things but look forward to Second Edition which I sure will see great improvements. Overall though a good purchase, powerful, reasonably quiet and easy to use.”
