“Whilst the cleaning performance is good, it's not too easy to remove the extensions from the main body, given the position and distance between handle and where the tools fit. It doesn't seem to hold the charge after use, so do all the cleaning at one go, or you'll need to charge it again...”

“The Capsule is an excellent vacuum cleaner. It charges fast and lasts longer than my previous wand cleaner. I like the on/off button that I do not have to keep depressed (difficult with arthritis hands!). The power button for carpet is another good idea so that the carpet is cleaned really well - picks up loads of fine dog hair”

“It’s very good at cleaning, but I found it difficult to remove the cleaning heads at first. I’m used to them now. Also I find the small part of it heavy to use, even though it is one of the lightest vacuum cleaners. Very easy to store it away.”
