“I really like the capsule. It has changed my attitude towards vacuuming. It is indeed very light weight and reasonably powerful. My only slight criticism is that it is hard to get the attachment on and off. I am really struggling to release the roller head to attach one of the other cleaning heads. Apart from that I would highly recommend for the price.”

“Not happy- have been trying to contact the business about the vacuum not working effectively including being awkward to turn on and the brush not working but haven’t received a reply. Now having to purchase another vacuum to do the same job and am frustrated by the lack of comms. Don’t spam me on Instagram about being the best thing ever and then have a product which isn’t fit for purpose.”
