“I am disappointed with the suction of Halo Capsule. It struggles to pick up animal hair. On hard floors it skims over particles and on carpets just leaves behind An additional handle would be useful as two hands are needed sometimes.”

Hi Elizabeth, It sounds like something may not be quite right if your Capsule is working in this way. Firstly, please check if the blue button between the on/off button and the volume button is pressed. Apologies if this sounds obvious but some customers are unaware of the brush switch. “Heavier than I expected. I like the easy way it cleans and it’s capacity. Very useful with young children around. I would have liked a bracket to hang it up. Never had a cordless vacuum before and I’m pleased with it.”

“The battery and suction are great It is slightly heavier than I thought but that’s not too much of a problem I believed when the bag was full the machine alerted me but this didn’t happen and the waste filled in the tube of the extension tube I Hope this doesn’t happen each time but I wouldn’t want to be without this vacuum and I do recommend it :)”
