“Firstly I should say I’ve only had my capsule about 3 weeks so I may revisit this review in say six months time to update. So far I’m happy with it, the price compares really well with other cordless stick vacuums and the bundle deal is a great package. The main selling point for me was the weight, much lighter than competitors, and the fact it uses a collection pouch instead of being bag-less. I find the small brush attachment isn’t as good as my regular vacuum’s attachment, there are less bristles, and they are harder. I think they might become flattened with use but we’ll see how long that takes, I’m prepared to eat my words on that one. The regular brush head is good but not as great as I was expecting on hardwood floors. I wouldn’t be able to replace my regular vacuum (it’s a Miele, for comparison) with the Capsule - I have three children and we live near the beach, the suction needs to be turned up to max to pick up sand which unfortunately depletes the battery life really quickly. It would be nice to have the option of being able to use Capsule both corded or cordless, I feel that’s the only way you could operate this as your sole vacuum cleaner in the house. It’s great for quick run rounds in day to day use. I find my arm still tires after a while despite the light weight, when I’m using it without the extension tube - I think it’s because the main unit is close to the handle, whereas if it were further down it wouldn’t feel so weighty. It’s also easy to block the air outlets with your body if you’re holding it close to you, when hoovering sofa cushions for example. But overall I’m happy so far!”

“Overall it is a good vacuum, as with all battery vacuums the power when on full suction could be for longer than 9 minutes. However the suction is very powerful when in this mode. I would like the capsule to come with a wall hanging bracket for a storage solution. Other than these points it is worth the money !”

“After using a Henry for years this is such a convenient vacuum. Really good suction, comes with a brush attachment and a wand attachment for ease of cleaning in corners etc. This really saves having to lug out a big heavy vacuum. A quick whizz round and I'm done. I have children and pets and this is great. I plug it in after each use to make sure it is charged for my next clean and it doesnt take long to charge. It is really light to carry up and down stairs and has a beater bar and a higher power setting which i actually havent used all that often as the normal one is fine and i imagine the higher setting uses power up faster. I use this vacuum on all floor tyeps - laminate, tiles, carpet and vinyl and i can just go all round the house in one go, no unplugging and moving to nearer sockets and no lugging a heavy machine. I would have given 5 stars if it was better at doing edges without the attachments.”

“It is difficult to review an item you can't compare with. This is my first cordless vacuum. I didn't want a bagless cordless. I was fed up of the dust clouds when emptying my corded vacuum; so a thumbs up for creating a bagged version. Taking the accessories of has proved to be difficult - they are quite stiff. The battery does not last very long. The 45min run time has not been achievable as yet. I like the simplicity of it - not too much parts and accessories. I still need more time with it.”

“We chose this vacuum cleaner because it's the only bagged cordless model (my wife has a bad allergy), and also because it scored an excellent review in Which. So far it has lived up to expectations. Suction is good, even on a low setting, it's quite light to carry, and easy to store. Cleaning the whole house took a third of the time I used to spend, using a Miele corded cleaner. The only slight disappointment is the design of the catches which link the different components, which don't snap in easily.”
