“We enquired into, and subsequently bought, an Aqualift bath lift. From the initial demonstration, during the visit from the sales person, to the installation and completion, the whole service was first class. I cannot speak too highly of everyone involved, all of whom ensured we were happy and comfortable with what we were buying. It?s not cheap but it ?does what it says on the tin?!!”

“Very polite, quick, friendly & clean workers. Until that is when the older man of the two tried to sell me extra insurance. I told him I had no money for extras but he didn't like what I had to say. He just walked out without saying goodbye & left the younger man to finish whatever there was to finish off. He was like a spoilt schoolboy, not very business like at all. It rather spoilt my enjoyment of having my new lovely bath lift.”

“Being unsteady on my feet and problems with balance I have felt a little unsure in getting out of the bath for some considerable time now. However, after having cramps in my legs just above the knees when I could not bend my legs for some time and move off my sofa, I felt slight pains when manoeuvring my legs to stand up and get out of the bath. I decided the pain would prevent my standing up if I continued and was then stuck in the bath until my son-in-law came and helped me out. I then contacted AquaLift the next day and since the installation I have had no more worries about falling. The lift included a sliding cushion but after trying this Found that it got in the way when I manoeuvred myself in the bath when lying down and was awkward to adjust so I removed it. I also found it easier to lean to the seat side when lowering myself into the bath than the opposite side as recommended in the instructions. I have also found it more comfortable on the skin to have a small towel on the seat when getting in or out of the bath.”
