“Their sales approach was helpful and not too pushy. The product arrived in a timely way and the fitters were prompt and efficient. In use, the bath lift has been very helpful and has accomplished its purpose well. Very helpful - I haven't been able to use the bath for some time, so really am appreciating having it back again. Only slight downside is that I find that, as the belt feeds through, I staying centred on it can be a bit awkward, even with the mat, but overall I wouldn't want to be without it.”
