“We needed the bathroom refitted, it was also time for me to look for aids to help me in and out of the bath. Many of the aids would not leave much space for a body to get wet, let alone soak up heat and relaxation in the bath after they were fitted. The AquaLift seemed to be the answer to my problem. The service I received after our inquiry for details was fantastic. The firm phoned me very fast to ask if I would like a demonstration in my house, as there was a gentleman in the area within the next few days. He was on time and took his time to demonstrate and answer questions we had. I did not feel bullied or pressurized in buying at all. the lift spoke for itself. We still needed to refit the bathroom, we needed time to have that done, we also had a time away booked. This was no problem. The moment I ordered the lift, that lift would be mine and I was given time and space to do all that needed to be done without pressure. The lift was fitted without a problem, or mess. The fitter asked if I wanted to come up to have a look. He reinstated all the workings of the lift; how and when to charge up the battery. Very professional and not intrusive. I now have my bath time again without worries that I can not get out of the bath!!!! I am fiercely independent, so this aqua lift is right up my street. No more fears that we have to call out the fire brigade, to help my husband get me out of the bath. That would have done nothing to my morale. It is so easy to use, I find the temperature gage very handy, my bath is now always just right for me. I am very satisfied and would recommend the AquaLift to anyone who likes, or indeed like me needs a bath to see the day in or out. I would buy another AquaLift from this company, if ever we needed to move house. After only a few weeks of use I could not do without it ever again.”

“I am delighted with the apparatus but intended to photo the installation. My concern is that the 2 devices for belt control are not dead opposite each other by 1". The result is that the belt is creased as it exits the wall mount . Will this increase the belt's wear and tear? Is so, does it matter? I await your reply with interest.”
