“I was disappointed that l was not able to have tha lift that was demonstraited but was pleased that an alternative was offered there and then. The chair restricts the room in the bath but works very well lifting in and out, it has given me my independence and l feel safe having my bath.”

“The whole process was prompt and painless. Reason for only 4 stars - it wasn?t made clear that the device was only marginally suitable for our bath. Very good design - just just what?s required. It would be helpful if the seat slid more easily on the belt.”
