“Their rep was unique in that he didn?t do the usual ?hard sell? rubbish. He demonstrated the product to the best of his ability considering the handheld control failed to work on the day (embarrassing for him), but I?d seen the product in action previously. The product was installed satisfactorily a week later and I now can enjoy a nice bath - just in time for the heatwave. If you have problems using the bath, this can be a cost-effective solution. Far less than a new bath, the cost of which can be double when you include fixtures, fittings and installation, Aqualift was the better alternative in my case. Comments? Batteries are expensive if you have to replace and communication between company and client could be improved, but I?m certain they?re working on those points.”

“Excellent product - does the job it was purchased for. Only problem is that the cover is not easy to put on at all. Salesman and fitter all very friendly, helpful and polite. Would recommend this product over a walk-in bath.”
