“Really unhappy with the changing of formula on Products without telling us prior , been using a wide variety of products from face theory and I won’t be ordering anymore. There is not ONE cleanser without actives , why wouldn’t you keep a non active as the non pro and develop the new product as a pro? There is a large community of us who feel like face theory has now become like other brands it’s really sad. I have over 8000 followers on Instagram and I was always pushing your products as I believed it them. It’s not the case sadly anymore sadly iv already had to find a different brand that is without actives.”

Our HydraCleanse Rebalancing Gel Cleanser (formally known as Freshening Face Wash) has a new and improved formulation. All the key ingredients remain the same, so you’ll still get all the great benefits you used to love, with the additional benefits of gluconolactone and a microbiota-friendly active to help re-balance the skin. Following customer feedback, we have removed the fragrance to make it more suitable for sensitive skin and re-balanced some of the base ingredients to ensure the product texture doesn’t change over time. We are committed to transparency and are working to ensure that all updates are communicated clearly to our customers. “The cleanser it self is good, it’s a fair replacement of the refreshing cleanser. The issue is the packaging, it’s not great for face wash. Once you open the lid and get out some product, you have to either try get it back on and the product slides off your hand (tried both hands) or leave the package on the side without the lid and the product spills out. I won’t buy this again after I’ve used this even though I like the product. The product also dries around the lid so you get dries gelbits in the face wash. I need the pump back!”

“This is a really good facial cleansing gel, I use it every evening .. you can really feel your face clean after using this the ingredients you can tell are getting to work! I’ve bought another lot already ..”
