“Please bring back the previous glass bottle packaging. This aluminum packaging for the face wash and other products is an absolute disaster, and I’m afraid I’ll have to keep looking for alternatives. I won’t be purchasing this product again unless you return to the decent packaging that made my skincare routine easy.”

“The product itself is great, however it is consistently out of stock, to even subscription customers, which makes skin care really inconsistent and unpredictable. I have mentioned this to customer service so many times and it’s the same excuse ‘a delay in stock being delivered’. This is so frustrating because the product works, you can just never rely on consistently receiving it.”

“Great face wash, used for a few years now, suits my mature skin and doesn’t dry it out. However, I’m pretty sure it is a slightly different recipe to what it was before as doesn’t feel quite so fresh. However……..The new packaging is horrendous, and quite frankly it is enough to stop me buying again despite me having used for several years. A metal tube for face wash is a ridiculous concept - it doesn’t stand up when your using it and the lid is impossible to get off and back on with wet hands so it falls over and leaks out everywhere, far too much comes out when the tube is more than half full so I have found I’ve used way more than I usually would and there is a lot of congealed product around the lid that goes brown. Very, very disappointing- this new metal tube thing is a nonsense - same for the eye cream, far too much comes out. I’m afraid face theory have lost a customer and I will be looking elsewhere - not because of the products but because of the packaging.”

“I swore off foaming cleansers years ago because all of them were too stripping, even the ones that were supposed to be gentle. Not this one. It's strong enough to wipe away summers days but gentle enough to keep my skin barrier healthy during the winter. And a tube lasts forever. Great job, Facetheory.”

“I LOVE this cleanser for my combination skin, I use it every morning and night. Smells great and leaves my skin feeling fresh but not dry or tight. Only issue is the newer packaging which seems to leak a bit and isn’t great to travel with. Please bring back the pump bottles!”
