“Ce nettoyant ne me convient pas du tout et irrite énormément ma peau qui se met à démanger juste après l'utilisation. J'ai changé ma routine et réessayé plusieurs fois mais rien à faire, toujours la même réaction, pourtant je n'ai pas la peau sensible habituellement. En dehors de ça je ne trouve pas ce nettoyant très doux, mon visage tire beaucoup après séchage. Dommage, pour finir le flacon je l'utiliserai comme gel douche ...”

“The Gel Cleanser is a new addition to my face cleansing routine. I keep in the shower and the dispenser is perfect. This is not drying at all..gentle and refreshing. My skin is dry so very much appreciated. I have used Face Theory for a long time and have been very happy with all my products. Even like the tubes. Thank you!”

“Recently switched to this cleanser as my last one was leaving my skin feeling dry, however this one leaves my skin feeling soft and clean, plus I find it foams quite easily which is nice as it means I don’t have to waste as much product! I will be repurchasing and would defo recommend”

“Love this product. Been using it for 2 weeks along with Barrierbuild milk. Absolutely brilliant. This is a very gentle cleanser and leaves the skin without drying too much. Will definitely buy again.”

“The product is great, but doesn't foam as much as the old one which i liked a little bit better. The biggest downside is the new packaging. The screw cap grates shards of metal off when you screw and unscrew it, which then gets into the product when you squeeze it out. I have stopped buying because of this. There's no way I want to be rubbing metal shards into my face every day. Such a shame as it is the best face wash I have used. :(”

Since your last purchase in October 2024, we’ve updated the packaging to a plastic flap cap to prevent this problem. We continually review our packaging to ensure it remains both functional and sustainable. HydraCleanse gives a light lather when mixed with water, as it’s formulated to cleanse gently without stripping the skin’s balance.
