“I also love the product but hate the new metal tube. Its messy and a little of wasted product; it’s put me off buying again. The jar was way better”

“I LOVE this product but I HATE the metal tube packing it comes in. Using a fresh tube, you can’t stop the product coming out and it goes everywhere. When near finishing the product, it can be really hard to get it out the tube, wasting a lot of product again. I preferred the previous jar / tub it came in. Due this fact, I’m looking else where for another product.”

“I really love this product and have been using it for years. But the new packaging is so difficult- the tube is fine, but the metal covering is a nightmare. Am I the only one who can't get the metal off? The first few times I use it I worry about the metal getting on my skin/eyes. The opening tool is not available in Sephora where I buy it from. And ordering just that online is not ideal. Tips to get the metal off?”

Hi Rosie, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re so pleased to hear you’ve loved the Glow‑C Cream Cleanser over the years, though we’re sorry the previous metal seals caused frustration. To make things easier, we’ve now updated the packaging so the caps are plastic and include a built‑in piercer. If you still have one of the older tubes, you can use the tip of a toothpick (or similar) to pierce the foil in a single go, which avoids bits of metal coming loose. The newer caps with the incorporated piercer should make opening future tubes much simpler.
