“I have used this product and its fantastic. Nice and creamy. Feels luxurious on the skin. Cleans without stripping my skin. Skin feels fantastic after use. Sadly the packaging is awful. It does not squeeze out properly. The package goes lumpy and you just cant get it out correctly. This is the reason for 3 stars. Different packaging it would be a 5 star.”

“I love this cream and have been using it for a few years but I have had to score 3 stars due to the awful packaging being in metal tubes which is awful to use and ugly when you’ve used some and cannot get it all out without cutting yourself on it. It was much better when all products were in glass jars and I would give top score if it was like it used to be.”

“Great cleanser but awful packaging now that it is in a tube. Its ok to begin with but the tube quickly becomes distorted, and getting down to the end is difficult. I used to love the jars as I could get every scrap of product out. Have moved on to other brands solely due to this, and likely not to repurchase until packaging is changed. A real shame as I have been using this cleanser for some years and really liked it.”
