“Lovely cleanser - confused why your move towards improving sustainability and reducing plastic waste has been a move from glass jars and tin lids (which were reusable and recyclable nationally) to aluminium tubes and plastic lids?! Sounds like a bit of greenwashing to be honest! A real shame for what was a great product..”

We’ve moved many of our cleansers into aluminium tubes because they’re lightweight, help reduce product waste, and have a lower carbon footprint during transport compared to glass jars. The tubes are fully recyclable and made to protect the product from light and air, helping it stay fresher for longer. That said, we know some customers prefer glass, and your feedback is really valuable as we continue working to balance sustainability, product protection, and usability. “A like the light cream and there isn’t a strong odour from it. However I am not a fan of the tube. It is quite fiddly for face washing. I preferred the jar it came in originally. Shame the product is great but that is off putting.”

“Great product always re purchase really luxurious pleased they changed the cap to plastic now. I wish the cap could be changed though to flip opener far easier current one I continuously drop”

“I used to use this Vitamin C cream cleanser when it was in the glass jar. I used to love the fact it was in a jar as you could control how much you need to use and was so easy to use, plus the value for money was great. The product it self is amazing and I am really missing this product, the consistency was an amazing thick yet spreadable cleanser and left skin feeling hydrated clean and refreshed and perfect for sensitive skin even with the light fragranced version. It was amazing and I really miss this product. I really don't want a tube product so I will have to look elsewhere for an alternative sadly.”
