“The product it’s self is great, I don’t think I’ve ever had a problem with any of my FaceTheory products. I have been using the cleanser for years and it always feels lovely on my skin. The new packaging however, the tubes are awful! The caps are fiddly, the product continues to come out whilst you are trying to put the lids on. They have definitely cheapened the feel of a really lovely brand. I am not sure whether I’ll continue to buy anymore, purely because of the packaging.”

“Used to be a customer of only facetheory products, I am so gutted that I had to change brands and still haven’t found any as good, but I just can’t return to using these until the packaging is changed. I couldn’t keep using the products with aluminium residue coming off the lids and into the cream. Can I make a suggestion, I would personally be more than happy paying a little extra for a jar version if you could chose, and I reckon a lot of your other customers would too judging form the comments. I still check the website every now and again to see if you’ve changed the packaging, and am hoping for a day that you do so I can return to using your products”

“This is / was a good product which I have used for years. The packaging has changed from glass jar to metal tubes which not only is difficult to get out but reacts to the metal, as I have often found silver smears on my face, it also makes it impossible to recycle as you cannot get all the moisturiser out of the tube. Once this tube has run out I will be switching brands. Using this in the shower is near impossible to put the small cap back on with wet hands.”
