“I love this cream and have been using it for a few years but I have had to score 3 stars due to the awful packaging being in metal tubes which is awful to use and ugly when you’ve used some and cannot get it all out without cutting yourself on it. It was much better when all products were in glass jars and I would give top score if it was like it used to be.”

“Great cleanser but awful packaging now that it is in a tube. Its ok to begin with but the tube quickly becomes distorted, and getting down to the end is difficult. I used to love the jars as I could get every scrap of product out. Have moved on to other brands solely due to this, and likely not to repurchase until packaging is changed. A real shame as I have been using this cleanser for some years and really liked it.”

“Love this product and been using it for a while now for my morning cleanser. Would have been 5 stars but I hate the tubes, much prefer the previous jars. Fortunately I kept one which I decant the product into. Also, you now get 20ml less of the product since the change over to tubes and I'm sure also there used to be a discount for buying more than one, which is no longer the case”

“Das Produkt an sich ist top, aber ich kann nicht verstehen, warum man alles jetzt auf Aluminium umgestellt hat. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass auf Dauer das gut für die Haut ist, wenn die Creme immer in Kontakt mit Aluminium ist. Das ist mit Sicherheit nicht besser für die Haut. Die Glastiegel waren top. Zum anderen ist das auch schrecklich, die Produkte zu unterscheiden. Ich muss immer nochmal nachlesen. Als ich mit Facetheory angefangen habe war ich so froh, dass alles im Glastiegel war und jetzt… Bitte stellt das wieder um.”
