“The product works but was delivered damaged...the plastic is cracked. It's only cosmetic but I do next expect to receive a damaged product. I have tried and failed to get a replacement, no feed back at all.”

“I was pleasantly surprised by this air cooler. It is very powerful and cooled my room brilliantly. As it is small it can fit under my desk which has been perfect during the heatwave. I definitely recommend this product.”
