“Buyer beware. I ordered this air cooler because it appeared to be a good deal. Unfortunately, the delivery date came and went with no parcel and no communication from the merchant. I contacted the seller directly and received no response. The tracking information continued to show “We’re expecting it”, indicating the courier had never actually received the parcel. After Wowcher Customer Care intervened, I was informed that the item was out of stock and that the order was either lost in transit or had not been dispatched. A replacement could not be provided and I was issued a full refund, including postage costs. While I appreciate Wowcher resolving the issue, customers should be aware that a low price means very little if the item never arrives and enquiries go unanswered. Based on my experience, I would think carefully before ordering from this merchant”
