“Want to send back have emailed company to see what the process is no reply. Ordered 3 units. I think my daughter's room is so small & stuffy maybe that's why the unit doesn't seem to be doing the intended thing for her. As my son has a bigger room space and he's seems ok not ice cool but he doesn't mind it.”

“They are fraud people, its been morethan a month im waiting for my delivery. This is 2nd time i used wowcher but never received my item. I emailed both wowcher and cooler company no reply, Evri replied 2 times then they are also not replying. Fraud fraud fraud .....”
