“I ordered the water tank before the heatwave and was given a delivery date of mid June and then the day before the delivery date changed and it’s now towards the end of July. They are still advertising for sale so what’s going on???? I am really disappointed”

“I have tried this device as a fan and couldn’t feel and air movement more than two centimetres from the front and that was on high! Seems very inadequate so I am trying to return it as not fit for purpose but have had no response from the company - will email again today but it’s very bad customer care in my opinion!”
