“Smoking and burning smell coming from unit. Emailed the merchant to request a replacement/refund and having emailed support and had the same response 3 times ('if you are still having issues with the device please reply to this email') - yes, its stopped smoking and smelling... cause its back in the box it arrived in. Raised with Wowcher and they're just as useful.”
