“Item was stated as "delivered" by 4PX however, it was not delivered to my address, therefore I did not receive the item. Merchant did not respond to emails and wowchers WhatsApp customer service was no help and repeatedly told me to contact merchant. Waste of money! Please contact me to rectify this order.”

“Item never received. I was in my house and the E-mail came through to say it had been delivered, I went straight to the door, but no package and no sign of a delivery company. Contacted the merchant immediately, but over 72 hours later and still no response. Wowcher have been absolutely useless in helping me so far. I have spent 100% of my time talking to a virtual assistant and have made zero progress in my attempt to resolve this simple issue. Terrible customer service.”
