I would love to review it, but I have not received it! The status came as delivered to my address at 4pm, however my ring doorbell was not activated and no parcel left. I contacted the shop direct via email and they have supposedly posted another one, though the shipping status has not changed from item info received since then and that was 4 days ago. I feel that I have been scammed and lost my money. If no change over the next few days then I will be requesting that my bank investigates and claim a refund through them.

I am unable to review this as it has not been received, I have no proof of delivery either, the tracking says delivered but it has not been. I have contacted the company twice via email with the relevant details, but nobody has responded to me. I do not want a refund, I just want to receive what I initially ordered as this was a birthday present. I didn't want to leave a bad review, but the lack of response has left me no other option.

The advertised delivery period can be located on the bottom of your voucher, having checked your order I can see that your order is still within the designated delivery period. I never received the item. I contacted the seller who was rude and unhelpful. They are based over the other side of the world to the UK and have no customer service. They still haven't even sent a replacement or my money back. A poor experience all around.
