“Item was never delivered. The tracking says it was delivered at a time when i was home, but nobody came to my door and the details wouldn't let me see what company had supposedly delivered it, never mind a picture or any other proof of delivery. Wowcher says to contact the seller but I've had no response so far. I'm sure Wowcher won't be liable as they sold me a voucher for the item which I redeemed with the seller in China (and who then charged me postage on top of the cost of the item). What a scam.”
