“This item is nothing like the one in the advert. It is some cheap covering filled with what looks like odd bits of foam. There is no,way it is memory foam and I am sure trading standards would agree. Plus this was only delivered this morning,p. I am absolutely,disgusted with the obvious scam and will be asking for a refund, pictures below. If I could give a zero rating I would”

“Haven't received them yet despite contacting the merchant and Wowcher. Wowchers WhatsApp service is completely useless and I have had zero replies from either Wowcher or cloud9 via email. Absolutely shocking customer service!”
