This item is nothing like the one in the advert. It is some cheap covering filled with what looks like odd bits of foam. There is no,way it is memory foam and I am sure trading standards would agree. Plus this was only delivered this morning,p. I am absolutely,disgusted with the obvious scam and will be asking for a refund, pictures below. If I could give a zero rating I would

Haven't received them yet despite contacting the merchant and Wowcher. Wowchers WhatsApp service is completely useless and I have had zero replies from either Wowcher or cloud9 via email. Absolutely shocking customer service!

I can’t really leave a review as I’ve not received my order and had no response from the merchant. So my only advice to people if you don’t want to be ripped off don’t buy. Should have been delivered 20/11/25 and still not been received. I can’t even get a refund as no one answers you can say I’m not happy

Would review if i had recieved them an as yet no response from supllier please someone help. I didnt recieve the pillows and the money was deducted twice.
