Never received my pillows and can’t get a hold of the merchant, paid for the pillows then nearly the same again for delivery, been sending emails but no reply, waiting for a Wowcher team member to get back to me rather than there annoying automated service, very frustrating, quick enough to take the money but impossible to actually speak to a person when there is a problem, really debating wether to use this again.

Disgusting service never received pillows and still trying to get my money back talking to wowcher through WhatsApp. Only for Them to reforward the emails I have already sent to CLOUD-9YN delay after delay after the delay. STALL TACTICS! all I want now is my money back! I can not recommend Wowcher nor CLOUD-9YN Wowchers partner or supplier this was my first ever order with Wowcher and it's been a nightmare. It will probably be my last too! But I will give truthful feedback at every opportunity where I am given the chance.

Meant to be delivered on the 12 nov still not receive them have emailed them 4 times still no reply email yous to you have emailed them to on monday the 17 nov case number 1627986 still no reply can you this up or give me a refund
