If your item is eligible for returns, you can easily initiate the return through our return portal, just follow the steps below to return your item hassle-free: Go to "My Wowchers" or "My Voucher" and click on 'Need help?' for the item you wish to return. Look for the 'Want to return your item?' section. It is very slow and some apps don't work on it,including Tiktok.It is very frustrating.The biometric option is also not safe as anyone can open it even when their fingers prints are n u t saved on the phone.so no security at all.

I bought this for my sister who desperately needed a new phone. This exceeded my expectations, its a very nice smart phone, and it comes with a case and screen protector which is an added bonus!!

If I am allowed to give a minus you would not have got 1. I ordered 6 phones and only one delivered and no body appears to want to help or understand what is going on. You are not going to keep my money. All I keep getting is constant bombardment with offers instead of helping resolve my issue

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you’ve had some trouble with your purchase. I am afraid this Wowcher voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If a voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase; however, I will refund credit to your Wowcher account as a gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately.
