These are not genuine S25 and dreadful operating system. Very disappointing when images used in ad are genuine products.

It took a month to do the voucher which your company had to do I got my phone and I was happy at first but then looking closer I realized it's a fake as it doesn't have Samson or anything written at the bottom and also the battery takes hours to charge and then runs out really quickly recover for the back of it was very thin and wouldn't do anything to save the phonei

Contacted to return 4 days after they arrived. Asked for address to return to and still waiting to hear 2 weeks on.

Have recently tried to change settings on the phone will not let me set the time and date lets me select the correct time zone but not the date and time don't have the confidence to put my SIM card in yet to try the remaining features I think I have wasted my money

I thought I had ordered a Samsung S25 Ultra phone, which is what was advertised. I had to go to a phone shop to buy a full cover for the phone. The phone shop acquainted me with the fact that what arrived was NOT a SAMSUNGS 25 as advertised by Wowcher, but A KNOCK OFF. We were also advised not to put any bank detail or sensitive information on it as it could not be guaranteed that the phone was safe with any personal or financial data on it. I am deeply disappointed and now wonder whether buying anything at all from wowcher is what it says it is!! Such a shame!!!

Fake, cheap, awful quality. Screen looks like its from a Nokia 3310. Resolution is horrible.

It looked really good when I got it, but once I tried setting it up to connect to the WiFi, it wouldn't. I don't think it's compatible with 5G nor 6G for that matter The camera was really slow & didn't have any of the features that a top of the range phones have these days. I have a Samsung S24 & the S25 Ultra Android Smartphone is nowhere near as well designed. I purchased this as a gift for my grandson to use at Uni. But, despite having 1TB of storage, it's nowhere near good enough for what was it's intended use. However, making the arrangements to return the phone were promptly delivered to my email & super easy to follow. Royal Mail collected it from my house the very next day. And the email updates are very useful. It's not the phones fault, perhaps I just didn't read the description & fine-print properly.
