“The phone looks great, but it’s horrible when it comes to mobile data connectivity. It appears to be using 2G.The 5G claim is a lie. Performance improves slightly when connected to WiFi. The 16GB RAM is obviously a lie. So is the 108 MP camera, it’s a serious bluff. Worst product I’ve ever bought, I will surely regret this to my grave. This purchase has compromised my trust in Wowcher. It’s unthinkable how you could be connected to a product like this.”

“I was sceptical about this phone when I purchased it but I am suitably impressed by it. The phone itself is a good build. I charged it fully, connected it to WiFi and left it unplugged for 3 days. It only consumed just over 30%. I added a SIM and have made a number of clear calls. The camera works well although maybe not as well as the 108Megapixels it claims. Overall a good buy at a good price.”

“The phone was advertised as an S25 Ultra - the only company that makes these is Samsung so I was surprised to see it at such a low price but assumed that was because it was a refurbished product. It is a Samsung phone but all of the Samsung software has been removed. They couldn't even spell storage - TOSRAGE. Not happy and very misleading. I've just sent the package back - will be interestnig to see if I actually receive a refund! Wowcher should really check these companies out”
