“I should be absolutely furious but I'm not surprised to be honest. I needed a new phone and didn't have a lot to spend so when I found this in Wowcher I thought I'd take a gamble. First, this phone is not what I received. I got a 6.4" device. Second, it says it's running Android 14, it's not. It's been tampered with to say it runs 14 but it's actually running Android 6. That's just the tip of the ice berg. I'll be doing a full review on YouTube to warn others about ordering this or any phone from Wowcher.”

“Yes, it is a smart phone but does it deliver on all its promises? No. It is unbranded but will self-report that it is a Samsung S24. The ad claims 1TB of memory but upon downloading the same apps that my A16 has it starts to sweat and claims it is running out of space to store much more. The RAM it is alleged to have becomes grinding and tortured when asked to participate in the simplest of games (no fancy graphics going on). Should you buy it? Well, for a basic smartphone at a reasonable price you would not be disappointed. If you were expecting more then you should look elsewhere.”
