“no Eye Mask or bath salt, they charged me 20 pounds to use robe towel and a very ugly flipflop, you get 10 pound back and the ugly fliflop, they massage was great, receptionist was not fit for the public she seemed annoyed with somethin....not worthy the money, at least not the Orpington location”

“I went to the Bannatyne spa in Sutton Coldfield and it was great! The staff were friendly, I was made to feel comfortable and the massage was brilliant! The only downside is that a gym class was going on right outside the spa which was loud. But the noise wasn't an issue when in the treatment room.”

“The building is old, dirty and smells of damp. It’s not a spa vibe at all, just an old gym. Changing rooms and toilets were filthy, it made my skin crawl. The staff were all miserable and really didn’t want to be there. Save your money and go to a proper spa.”

“Lovely use of the gym, pool, sauna, steam room, relaxation area. Nice food in cafe Massage wasn't long enough, states 30 mins but only 20 mins 'hands on ' massage - to be aware of.”

“Nice facilities but if you’re looking for a relaxing spa day this feels more like a leisure complex that you just have to fit into. The minute we entered the pool area it was perfectly timed with an hours long aqua aerobics class, full blaring music, instructor with microphone shouting moves and practically the whole pool taken up with members doing their daily class! As non-members would have been helpful to have atleast been informed at check in of class schedule so we could have used the gym or timed treatments when the classes were on.”
