“Value for money, gym equipment had plenty of choice with multiples of popular equipment. The massage was spot on and gave advice that was beneficial to supporting a my chronic migraines. I didn’t receive an eye mask or bath salts but I did forgot to mention it at the time. Maybe that was subject to availability.”

“The massage and the treatment area upstairs was beautiful, therapists were professional and me and my friend both loved the massage. The rest of the “spa” wasn’t very nice, showers were quite dirty with hair all in the drains, there was lots of maintenance needed. Really no space to relax the sauna/ steam room were quite small, I think because it’s a gym there was just lots of people in there who had just finished a session so it was so busy, you couldn’t spend more than 30 mins there tbh. Would go back for a treatment but definitely wouldn’t bother with the “spa” area”

“The back neck and shoulder massage was lovely. The facilities clean and welcoming. The only slight negative was the very loud lady in the relaxation room.”
