“Had lovely day at bannatynes Mansfield. Good value for money. The staff on reception and in spa all lovely. Spa staff very professional. The only thing letting it down and stopping 5 * is the pool area and changing room every tired looking.”

“treatment was good. didn't receive the bath salts. good low price but facilities were limited/old at the spa so wouldn't book again”

“The ceiling in the showroom was covered with black mould and needed a good cleaning. Both my daughter and myself didn’t get the full 30 minute treatment that we had booked, my daughter was left sat in the treatment room while the consultant went to book more clients in, I was taken into the treatment room 10 minutes later than the appointment time, but the lost time was not added to our session. We didn’t get the eye mask and bath salts that should have come with the deal. All in all a disappointment.”
