“The offer was very good but Bannatynes let Wowcher down with charging for towels for use in the Spa and the eye mask treatment not done by the Therapist but given to us to do ourselves and the free gift we had to ask for . All In all I wouldn't go back again .”

“We really enjoyed the spa facilities and the staff were really lovely. We both had short treatments but felt they were really rushed, we were called in abit late for the treatments and then were only in the treatment room for around 10/15 minutes in total. I am currently 7 and a half months pregnant and I don’t feel like this was facilitated, I was told to lay flat on my back and only given an extra towel for my head when offered but apart from that nothing else to try and accommodate. Also after the treatment I wasn’t offered any help getting myself up and off the bed. There was a mistake with a booking so was put in a different room last minute and this wasn’t ready before the treatment so this went into the treatment time. We also didn’t get an eye mask or bath salts to take home when this was part of the package?”

“Had lovely day at bannatynes Mansfield. Good value for money. The staff on reception and in spa all lovely. Spa staff very professional. The only thing letting it down and stopping 5 * is the pool area and changing room every tired looking.”
