“Had a lovely day at the spa. Really good facilities. Place is a bit of a maze to navigate and lacking direction signs. Lots of regulars who were very helpful in guiding me around. Would definitely go again.”

“I was very disappointed with my experience at the spa. It is unacceptable that guests are required to pay for towels in the first place. On top of that, I was also charged a deposit for the towel, which feels excessive. Although I returned the towel without any issues, I was informed that the deposit would not be refunded until a week later. This delay is unreasonable and highly inconvenient. Overall, I believe it is unfair to charge for towels at all, and the additional deposit and delayed refund process only made the experience more frustrating.”

“This wasn't my first visit, probably 8th. Had a lovely massage and the day was so relaxing. After the massage, I alternated between the steam room, pool and jacuzzi. Truthfully, I didn't want to leave after spending 7hrs there, lol. The gifts were perfect and so was the Wowcher deal. Everything was easy to book. Will definitely be returning as I always have a lovely time”

“Total waste of time and money, place dated, made to feel very uncomfortable by male members, place was very busy, could not even access the jacuzzi, steam room, , only room to tread water. Staff unhelpful. Left after 30 minutes. Wrote a complaint, not even bothered to reply. Avoid, avoid”
