“Absolutely rubbish! We didnt the eye mask and bath salts. Treated very badly by staff, excuse after excuse. Had a call an hour before saying treatments wasbt at the the same time as already agreed. The food was awful the staff at the spa rude and didn't give a monkey about you. My daughter was getting unwanted attention from a man in the jacuzzi. All in all a birthday treat disaster! I will be looking for a complete refund.”

“We enjoyed a few hours at Bannatyne in Leicester. The gym was great - lots of differetn machines to use. The pool and steam and sauna was lovely - relaxed in the jacuzzi after our workout. The facial in the spa was so relaxing. The therapist was very welcoming and professional. She put me at ease I and relaxed and enjoyed the treatments. Wish I could go every week.”
