“Very disappointing The room where the massage was cold and the massage table was cold as well Massage was ok but not enjoyable as cold Changing room was upstairs so had to go downstairs, through entrance hallway and cafeteria to get to massage room, then back through cafeteria and reception to pool area and saunas. There was a class on in the pool, so music was very loud and with 30 women in there, only left a very small lane that was choppy to swim, so I was unable to. Not a relaxing experience as booked for.”

“no Eye Mask or bath salt, they charged me 20 pounds to use robe towel and a very ugly flipflop, you get 10 pound back and the ugly fliflop, they massage was great, receptionist was not fit for the public she seemed annoyed with somethin....not worthy the money, at least not the Orpington location”

“I went to the Bannatyne spa in Sutton Coldfield and it was great! The staff were friendly, I was made to feel comfortable and the massage was brilliant! The only downside is that a gym class was going on right outside the spa which was loud. But the noise wasn't an issue when in the treatment room.”
