“Changing rooms were chilly to say the least and the pool was pretty much unuseable as it ws so cold. Many people were saying the same - members and day spa users. Such a shame. Treatment was brilliant though - very well done”

“We chose the Darlington Bannatyne and I must say it was lovely, both place and staff. We upgraded our treatments when we got there for only £6. Eyel mask was lovely, we used it in the relaxation room. Still to try the bath salts but will definitely be back to this spa.”

“Great spa day for 2 will definitely do it again. Excellent spa treatments, great facilities gym pool etc. Easy to book and can hire the spa bag for only £10 you get to keep the bag & flip flops. one of the robes a little tatty so would use my own next time. However we Didn’t get the eye masks though!!”
