“I have still not received an email back for both my vouchers , which is a concern especially after I Lready lost 2 a few weeks ago via woucher due to end of date by 4 days .”

“Spa lovely and the beautician who did my scrub was wonderful but the leisure centre was quite dirty and neglected. The cafe staff gave me the breakfast menu then told there was no eggs so all that left was a sausage bap! The included scone was stale and the clotted cream didn’t look too healthy as it crumbled like cheese! I left most of it as was worried about food poisoning. Shame as it let the day down”

“the voucher was bought as a gift for my friend who absolutely loved Bannatynes. I would have given 5* apart from my friend told me that they didn't take cash in their cafe or reception for the hire of robes and this is NOT made clear anywhere on Bannatynes website”

“Lovely location, good massage followed by superb relaxing Spa time with a great outdoor lounge area, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. Very good value.”
