“Our facial and back massage was really lovely. The scone wasn't very nice it was as if there was no sugar in it and very doughy. I didn't get a £10 voucher. We hired a robe each and had a locker, that the man at reception said if I left my receipt he would put the £2 back on my card so we didn't have to wait but he hasn't done it yet! I wouldn't go back on a spa day again :(”

“Had a lovely time at Bannatyne Spa Day. The staff were very polite, our needs were catered for and the changing room and shower area were very clean and fresh, my only complaint is the massage was not long enough. Next time I will be booking for 50 mins instead of 20.”

“Very welcome, tour given an option for drink and scone was when we wanted it and Starbucks coffee! )even if they tried to fob me off with butter instead of cream…did change it though to be fair!) amazing massage and given the option to upgrade to deep tissue for £5 which i did and it was worth every penny! So good in-fact i booked again! The gym, pool, sauna and steam are all lovely as are the changing facilities and relaxation room! Also has plenty of parking Would recommend!”

“Arrived for a treat for my best friends birthday, having booked a treatment each as well as the relaxing spa experience and cream tea. No scones for the cream tea so we had cake instead. Informed reception it was our first ever time at a spa and were given robes to wear for free. So far so good. Made use of the saunas and Jacuzzi and presented ourselves back at reception in time for our treatments to be informed that we needed to dry our hair, swimsuits and body before the treatment. We didnt know this beforehand and so in the end we didnt have time for the treatment as they were booked up. We left rather disappointed as basically the best part of the experience and treat for my friend didnt happen. Below is a picture of us about to embark on our experience.”
