“The watch came with a new wristband but the watch itself may have worked but the watch screen had so many scratches and chips on it, it looks like it’s seen a few battles. Not worth the money.”

“The watch arrived and the glass was scratched and the case was in poor condition. I returned for a refund. It has now been almost 3 weeks since I sent it back and I’m still waiting for a refund. The customer service communication has been very good but the time taken so far for a refund is not acceptable. If my refund is not received by Friday I will be doing a chargeback from Visa”
