“After 4-5 days the watch stopped working due to battery issues. Overall the watch looked fine, the performance was good. The battery life was poor and eventually the battery died and would get overheated after plugged in for charging. Even after the 1-2 hours of charging, it did not turn on. I have applied for a return just because of the battery performance. It’s no point to have a refurbished watch with overall good performance but bad battery life span.”

“I am disappointed with my watch as it seems to want the battery charging 2to 3 times a day surely there is something wrong with the battery ie faulty. Please reply asap”

“There was lots of scratch on the screen. It was not compatible with Tesla App. I returned it the next day but until now didn’t receive any confirmation or money back.”

“Was not happy with the next day cost and the watch not arriving for another week BUT CREDIT has to be given, I’m happy with the watch it’s perfect for me. The price was amazing and I have to forgive and put this review on as the quality of my watch is 100%•”

“I only put 1star because it doesn't give an option for no star. Took longer to arrive than I paid for. When I checked battery health it stated a service was needed. Read the reviews on trustpilot”

“The watch arrived faulty. I first asked for a replacement, but after some thought I decided I wanted a refund. Suddenly the watch needed to be checked for accidental damage - even though had send the watch out faulty in the first place! Absolutely terrible company, do even consider buying.”
